Terms and conditions for using Agri-Sense

This is an agreement between Agri-Sense International PTY LTD and you (“you” or “You”), a user of the Service. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, AND Agri-Sense PRIVACY POLICY, WHICH CAN BE FOUND AT http://www.agrisenseinternational.com/legal/. If you continue to use this app, you are agreeing to comply with and are bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Agri-Sense's relationship with you in relation to this app. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our app.

The term ‘Agri-Sense International PTY LTD’, 'Agri-Sense' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the app. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our app.

The use of this app is subject to the following terms of use:

• The content of the pages of this app is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this app for any particular purpose. • In the event that Agri-Sense International PTY LTD undergoes a merger or is acquired by a third party entity (Through any similar change of control), we reserve the right to handover or assign the information we have collected from our users to the new controlling party.

• In the (hopefully) unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, receivership, or assignment for the benefit of creditors, or the application of laws or equitable principles affecting creditors' rights generally, we may not be able to control how your personal information is treated, transferred, or used.

• Similarly in the (hopefully) unlikely event of our bankruptcy, insolvency or closure, users of Agri-Sense will be entitled to data associated with their account, which will remain backed up on hard disk. Agri-Sense will not be held responsible for the discontinuation or closure of our app. We do however promise to keep our online services running till such a time that a user’s subscription is ended (as long as this is seen as viable by Agri-Sense).
